Sports Physicals - Playing a sport next year and need the proper physical documents? Click here for the Doctor Appointment Physical Card or the Alternative Year Card. All student athletes must have a physical every 2 years.

4 Year Old Kindergarten
All Saints Catholic School, in cooperation with the Berlin Area School District will start a community model four year old kindergarten program beginning with the 2009-2010 school year. Any child who is 4 years old before September 1st is eligible to attend. The program is free and transportation to and from classes will also be provided free of charge. ASCS will house one session of 4K Monday-Friday in the afternoon. Informational brochures and other publicity will be coming soon. Registration for the 4K program will take place the week of May 11-15. Please read the informational brochure posted on the website for additional information. A copy of the 4K curriculum is posted below. You may also contact Mr. Zangl, ASCS Principal at 361-1781.

Spanish Instruction - ASCS is proud to offer Spanish instruction for all students in grade K-8. Foreign language is a required curricular area and many of our graduates qualify for advanced placement in high school Spanish.
